3. Privatësia (shkurt)
Mesazhet private janë të enkriptuara end-to-end: teksti dhe mesazhet zanore në bisedat private mbyllen në pajisjen tënde. I lexoni vetëm ti dhe personi me të cilin flet, as administratori, as Firebase, as ne.
Çfarë ruajmë: emrin e përdoruesit, email-in (nëse e jep), mesazhet në dhomat publike, mesazhet private vetëm të enkriptuara, statusin në linjë dhe raportet. Kur raporton një mesazh, teksti i tij i dërgohet administratorit.
Çfarë nuk ruajmë: foto profili, vendndodhje, thirrjet zanore/video (ato kalojnë direkt mes pajisjeve dhe nuk regjistrohen).
Ku: në Google Firebase (serverë në Europë).
Njoftimet: vetëm nëse i aktivizon; mund t'i fikësh kur të duash.
Fshirja: "Fshi për mua" e fsheh vetëm për ty; "Fshi për të gjithë" e heq mesazhin për të gjithë.
Llogaritë guest (vetëm username) nisin nga zero: kur del, llogaria guest dhe emri i përdoruesit hiqen.
Llogaritë me email i mbajnë bisedat e tua derisa t'i fshish vetë ose të fshish llogarinë.
Fshi llogarinë dhe të gjitha të dhënat: te Cilësimet e llogarisë (⚙ te profili yt). Fshin përgjithmonë llogarinë, emrin e përdoruesit, të gjitha mesazhet e tua në dhoma dhe në bisedat private, mesazhet zanore, bllokimet, raportet e tua dhe çelësat e enkriptimit. Mesazhet që të tjerët të kanë dërguar mbeten te ata, dhe raportet që të tjerët kanë bërë për ty mbeten te administratori për siguri.
Një mesazh privat dërgohet pa enkriptim vetëm nëse personi tjetër nuk e ka hapur Avero-n që kur u shtua enkriptimi; nga hyrja e tij e radhës, gjithçka enkriptohet.
Ofertat e partnerëve: Avero mbetet falas falë ofertave të partnerëve (te "Oferta"). Nëse hap një ofertë, partneri merr vetëm një id anonime që ta njohë rekomandimin, kurrë emrin, email-in apo mesazhet e tua. Çfarë bën në faqen e partnerit rregullohet nga kushtet e tij.
Numrat e aktivitetit: numërojmë sa mesazhe, thirrje dhe përdorues të rinj ka çdo ditë (vetëm numrat, kurrë përmbajtja).
Nuk shesim të dhënat e tua dhe nuk bëjmë reklama me to.

Kur i ndryshojmë këto kushte, përditësojmë datën lart. Përdorimi i mëtejshëm do të thotë se i pranon.

1. Terms of use
Who can use Avero
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts of minors are closed immediately.
One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else.
The service
Avero is free: public rooms (Albania, Friendship, Talk & Meet, Global Connect), private messages, voice and video calls, emoji and voice messages.
The service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or improve features without prior notice.
We don't guarantee you'll find a match or a date — Avero is the place where people meet, not a broker.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you write, say and send.
Keep your password safe. Guest accounts (username only) are tied to the device — save it with an email so you don't lose it.
When you meet someone outside Avero, meet in a public place and tell someone you trust.
Suspension and closing
The administrator may delete messages and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without warning.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us (see Contact).
2. Community guidelines
Avero is for people who want to talk, get to know each other and meet — with respect.
Welcome
Honest conversation, humor, respectful flirting.
Questions, @tags and replies in rooms and in private.
Not allowed
Harassment, threats, insults, hate speech (religion, nationality, gender, orientation, etc.).
Explicit sexual content in public rooms, or unwanted in private.
Any content involving minors.
Scams: asking for money, investments, crypto, "gifts", or suspicious links.
Spam, advertising and mass messages.
Sharing someone else's private data (phone number, address, photos) without permission.
Recording other people's calls or voice messages without their consent.
Fake accounts or impersonating someone else.
How to report
Long-press or click a message → Report. You can also block the person.
Reports are reviewed by the administrator; serious violations are handled first.
If you are in immediate danger, call the police (112) — don't wait for our reply.
3. Privacy (short)
Private messages are end-to-end encrypted: text and voice messages in private chats are locked on your device. Only you and the person you're talking to can read them, not the administrator, not Firebase, not us.
What we store: your username, your email (if you give one), messages in public rooms, private messages only in encrypted form, online status and reports. When you report a message, its text is shared with the administrator.
What we don't store: profile photos, location, voice/video calls (they go directly between devices and are not recorded).
Where: on Google Firebase (servers in Europe).
Notifications: only if you turn them on; you can turn them off any time.
Deleting: "Delete for me" hides it only for you; "Delete for everyone" removes the message for everyone.
Guest accounts (username only) start from zero: when you log out, the guest account and its username are removed.
Accounts with email keep your conversations until you delete them yourself or delete your account.
Delete account and all data: in Account settings (⚙ on your profile). It permanently deletes your account, username, all your messages in rooms and private chats, voice messages, blocks, your reports and your encryption keys. Messages other people sent you stay with them, and reports other people made about you stay with the administrator for safety.
A private message is sent without encryption only if the other person hasn't opened Avero since encryption was added; from their next visit, everything is encrypted.
Partner offers: Avero stays free thanks to offers from partners (under "Offers"). If you open an offer, the partner receives only an anonymous id so it can credit the referral, never your name, email or messages. What you do on the partner's site is covered by their own terms.
Activity numbers: we count how many messages, calls and new users there are each day (numbers only, never the content).
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Changes and contact
When we change these terms, we update the date above. Continuing to use Avero means you accept them.

Come segnalare
Tieni premuto o clicca un messaggio → Segnala. Puoi anche bloccare la persona.
Le segnalazioni vengono esaminate dall'amministratore; le violazioni gravi hanno la priorità.
Se sei in pericolo immediato, chiama le forze dell'ordine (112) — non aspettare la nostra risposta.
3. Privacy (in breve)
I messaggi privati sono crittografati end-to-end: testi e messaggi vocali nelle chat private vengono cifrati sul tuo dispositivo. Possono leggerli solo tu e la persona con cui parli, non l'amministratore, non Firebase, non noi.
Cosa salviamo: il tuo nome utente, la tua email (se la fornisci), i messaggi nelle stanze pubbliche, i messaggi privati solo in forma cifrata, stato online e segnalazioni. Quando segnali un messaggio, il suo testo viene inviato all'amministratore.
Cosa non salviamo: foto profilo, posizione, chiamate vocali/video (passano direttamente tra i dispositivi e non vengono registrate).
Dove: su Google Firebase (server in Europa).
Notifiche: solo se le attivi; puoi disattivarle quando vuoi.
Eliminazione: "Elimina per me" lo nasconde solo a te; "Elimina per tutti" rimuove il messaggio per tutti.
Gli account ospite (solo nome utente) ripartono da zero: quando esci, l'account ospite e il nome utente vengono rimossi.
Gli account con email conservano le tue conversazioni finché non le elimini tu o elimini l'account.
Elimina account e tutti i dati: nelle Impostazioni account (⚙ sul tuo profilo). Elimina per sempre account, nome utente, tutti i tuoi messaggi nelle stanze e nelle chat private, messaggi vocali, blocchi, le tue segnalazioni e le chiavi di crittografia. I messaggi che altri ti hanno inviato restano a loro, e le segnalazioni fatte da altri su di te restano all'amministratore per sicurezza.
Un messaggio privato viene inviato senza crittografia solo se l'altra persona non ha ancora aperto Avero da quando è stata aggiunta la crittografia; dalla sua prossima visita, tutto viene cifrato.
Offerte dei partner: Avero resta gratuito grazie alle offerte dei partner (in "Offerte"). Se apri un'offerta, il partner riceve solo un id anonimo per riconoscere la segnalazione, mai il tuo nome, la tua email o i tuoi messaggi. Ciò che fai sul sito del partner è regolato dai suoi termini.
Numeri di attività: contiamo quanti messaggi, chiamate e nuovi utenti ci sono ogni giorno (solo numeri, mai il contenuto).
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per la pubblicità.
4. Modifiche e contatti
Quando modifichiamo questi termini, aggiorniamo la data in alto. Continuare a usare Avero significa accettarli.
